warnings in webinterface

Description

Plugins can put warnings on the webinterface. The webinterface should only mention "there are x outstanding warnings" together with a link to the warnings site. Maybe put the warnings in the event log site. Warnings shouldn't be removable but one could switch them to "I don't mind", so that they are not counted on main site.
