move faq to wiki

Description

the faq contains very specific questions - this should not be necessary for an introducing website

the wiki seems to be a more appropriate place for these details (easier to maintain and extend)

where should we put the links formerly known as "support"? Then we could completely remove the faq/support page form the homepage.
