In tags/v0.3.5, after merging in the new language files from branches/translation-base-v0.4, Chinese does not appear on the language_selection plugin. It is, however possible to force the zh_HK to appear on web pages using a URL such as 

http://192.168.1.7/disks?weblang=zh_HK

Let's fix this for the 0.4.0 release.
