A nice project!
I would like to integrate this into my server.
A howto for debian would be great!

This integration should not be too hard, as the live-cd is based on debian. Maybe you should just copy the cgi script and samba config. Of course, you will have to make some adjustments to your needs ...
Do not forget, that for now the CryptoBox uses the whole harddisk. It could take some time to change this behaviour.

We plan to release a debian package for the web interface for release 0.3.
If you want to do it manually, then you will have to copy some more directories beside the cgi script. Maybe you should take a look at the source code in the subversion repository (svn checkout https://svn.systemausfall.org/svn/cryptobox/tags/v0.2.1) and copy the appropriate files from the directory cbox-tree.d to your debian system. Then you should take care, that you exclude your system harddisk from the SCAN_DEVICES setting in /etc/cryptobox/cryptobox.conf.
We will soon release a debian package for this - maybe even before the v0.3 release of the live-cd.
